Steps:

  • Extend your legs and sit comfortably;
  • Place the pillow behind you, making sure it's in line with your spine;
  • Lean back on the pillow;
  • Spread and relax your hands with your palms wide open;
  • Extend your legs as much as you can;
  • Take deep breaths and relax.

Steps:

  • Sit comfortably and spread your legs in front of you;

  • If you're too tight you can place folded yoga blanket under your knees or another bolster on your lap;

Steps:
  • Lay on the floor facing a wall;
  • Place your yoga bolster pillow under your back;
  • Bend your knees so that your feet are against the wall;
  • Spread wide your arms and shoulders and relax;
